“Stay to Play” ensures the NWBA receives incremental funding by way of hotel rebates for rooms booked during the event. Hotel rebate revenue is vital in helping the NWBA and its local agents create an efficient and well-organized event for all participants and attendees. Rebate revenues are primarily used to cover referee wages, facilities fees, and other event-related expenses.

In support of the event, Sportable/NWBA may connect with invited teams to request their hotel booking information. Each team may be asked to complete a form providing team name, competitor’s names, hotel, and confirmation number(s).

For any teams or guests that book accommodations outside of this system, they may be subject to a $300 per team penalty to be collected by Sportable.

All guests are guaranteed a competitive room rate - equal to, or less than, the lowest publicly available group rate. If you find a more competitively advertised price during the particular event dates, please contact our team immediately.

Should you compare rates online, be mindful of promotions rates that are 'pre-paid' as you forfeit the right to cancel your reservation. Further, promotional rates may not offer complimentary breakfast or free parking. For property-specific details, please review the links below.

If a particular hotel of preference is not listed below, please contact our customer service team. Most often, we can reserve price protected room blocks at the specific hotel of your choice while also preserving access for changes and cancellations should your plans change.
