The “Stay to Play” Model helps ensure the LOC is receiving hotel rebates for room nights associated with our event. This model helps the Local Organizing Committee (LOC) to offset cost from these hotel rebates for LOC to come as close to breakeven on hosting this event as possible.

For the purposes of the logistics Sportable/NWBA will contact all teams invited to Nationals and will be requesting their hotel information. Each team will complete a form providing their team name, each team member's name, their hotel name, and confirmation number(s).

The Stay to Play model is vital in helping the NWBA support our Local Organizing Committee and creating an efficient and well-organized event for all participants and attendees.

A $300 fine will be paid by any team that does not follow the Stay to Play model. This fine will be collected by Sportable.

All guests are guaranteed a competitive room rate - equal to, or less than, the lowest publicly available group rate. If you find a more competitively advertised price during the particular event dates, please contact our team immediately.

Should you compare rates online, be mindful of promotions rates that are 'pre-paid' as you forfeit the right to cancel your reservation. Further, promotional rates may not offer complimentary breakfast or free parking. For property-specific details, please review the links below.

All guests reserve the right to cancel lodging reservations, for any reason, up to 72-hours prior to the event without penalty or charge. For any questions regarding a reservation you wish to cancel, please contact our customer service team at [email protected].

If a particular hotel of preference is not listed below, please contact our customer service team. Most often, we can reserve price protected room blocks at the specific hotel of your choice while also preserving access for changes and cancellations should your plans change.
