Pastime Tournaments has a “Stay to Play Policy.” All Hotel reservations must be made via this site. Discounted Rates are only available from this site. Do Not call hotel directly.
1. Choose your hotel and click Select BOOK ROOM to view room type and rate.
2. Select Hold Block.
3. Enter the Hold Block Contact Information.
4. Select Place Block on Hold.
You will receive an immediate email that you need to forward to each team member that includes directions for reserving a room from the team’s block, using their own payment information. This needs to be completed via the email/link, and not via the hotel directly.
Once individual families book, They will receive two emails. The first immediate email will provide a Reference Number (ARNXXXXXX) for your reservation. The second email, typically sent closer to your date of arrival, will include your reservation confirmation number, provided by the hotel. Please refrain from contacting the hotel directly until you have a confirmation #.
