All guests reserve the right to cancel lodging reservations, for any reason, up to 72-hours prior to the event without penalty or charge. For any questions regarding a reservation you wish to cancel, please contact our customer service team at [email protected].

To confirm a block of rooms at one property, use the “HOLD A GROUP BLOCK” button on the right-hand side of the main booking page. Upon confirming your block, a private booking link will be sent via email. This link is sharable with parents, guests, and participants with detailed instructions on how to confirm individual rooms within the reserved BLOCK. An automated email will track the status of your group block reservations.

We recommend booking your reservations sooner than later. As we approach the event date, room inventory may be unavailable. With generous cancellation opportunities, you will not be penalized for booking early. Within a few weeks of the event, rooming contracts will expire and all unreserved rooms will be released back to the hotels. At such time, our ability to book additional accommodations will be limited.
