We have reserved rooms at various local properties at different price points with many amenities to meet your needs during your stay. Please review the particulars with the selected property of your choice to ensure your stay in Richmond is pleasant.

Particular partner hotels may offer a blend of king-sized bedding with pullout sleeper-sofas or rooms with two queen-sized (or double) beds. Please contact our team with questions and/or with situations in which inventory at your preferred property may be limited.

Upon confirming your block, a private booking link will be sent via email allowing you to share access to those reserved rooms with parents, guests, and participants complete with instructions on how to formalize booking individual rooms.
