U90C has teamed up with HBC Event Services to offer discounted hotel accommodations for this event.
YOU MAY NOT BOOK HOTELS OUTSIDE OF HBC EVENT SERVICES AT THE RISK OF BEING DENIED ACCEPTANCE TO THE EVENT.
This is a STAY-TO-PLAY TOURNAMENT - all hotel reservations must be made through HBC Event Services by 11/19/21 to guarantee tournament room rates.

These special arrangements and hotel event rates are only available through HBC EVENT SERVICES.
Please Note: U90C Tournaments are sanctioned through USSF member organization US Club Soccer. Because
US Club is a national company, Permission To Travel is not required for any U90C events anywhere within the US.
Finally, you have the ability to purchase a Travel Protection Plan with up to 100% for covered cancellations reasons as well as a Cancel for Any Reason benefit of 75% coverage of your unused non-refundable prepaid expenses for travel arrangements you paid for your trip, including the event registration costs.

If the event is cancelled due to weather, you will not be charged a cancellation penalty that you could have been subject to, if you had made your booking elsewhere. This guarantee does not include reservations made after the hotel cut-off dates. This guarantee applies only to reservations with confirmations that start with "ARN" unless otherwise noted in the cancellation policy.
