A nonrefundable $8.95 service fee is charged at booking, along with any applicable deposits. Cancellation and refund details can be found on the booking page and in your Guest Receipt. Remaining balances are due at the hotel. Teams may hold only one block per tournament at a time; any additional blocks will be automatically released.
