- This is a Stay and Save event, and Prospect Select Baseball requests that teams make their hotel reservations via the main event website and the discounted host hotel arrangements listed here, because in order to utilize certain facilities, hotel reservations must be monitored and utilized via the Prospect Select Baseball event website and the Visit Greenville Convention & Visitors Bureau. Please note, most deadlines are two weeks prior to the tournament and after this time rooms may no longer be available.

- You can create a team room block on this page, and can include rooms at more than one hotel. Select the number of rooms and your dates, click "View Rates" and then "Hold Block". Once finished, click the cart on the upper right hand corner and click "I'm Finished, Send Email". A link will be emailed to you to provide to your team to make their reservations. If you require more rooms, please contact us and additional space may be available. There is a wait list available if your preferred hotel is currently full.

- Reservations as part of the event cannot be made using points or promotions (AAA, government, military), or through any other website or booking method, but you can earn loyalty points. Hotels cannot be contacted directly to make reservations or blocks. If you require assistance with making or changing your reservation, block, release deadline, or to inquire about unlisted hotels, please contact us at [email protected].
