All reservations for the tournament must be made via the Hoop Group Online Housing system.
DO NOT contact the hotels directly for reservations, changes or cancellations prior to April 1-, 2019 - our online housing and/or hotel coordinator will support you with those requirements. Our service allows for you to hold team blocks as you need to support your team(s) hotel rooms needed for this event. No additional forms or requests are needed for Team Blocks. Please refer to the right navigation for instructions on how to secure a Team Block. Check back often as additional hotels and rooms may be added as these blocks fill.

Cut off date: All reservations must be made by April 17, 2019.
